Where no online version is available you can apply in writing to:

When requesting information please tell us the following details:

  1. Your name and address
  2. The information or documents you would like to access
  3. The way you would like the information to be sent to you (e.g. hard copy or via email)

Fees And Charges

Please note that depending on the nature of your request a fee may be payable. Single copies are free of charge but requests for multiple copies will incur a charge.

How Long Will It Take?

You will receive a reply within 20 working days of us receiving your request. We aim to provide information listed in the Publication Scheme as soon as possible.

When dealing with Freedom Of Information requests Lincolnshire Police follows the guidelines set out in the ACPO National Manual of Guidance.

Application Form

You don't have to make your request on an application form, but ours is very straightforward and may help us to speed up your request. It also includes everything you need to know about making a request from Lincolnshire Police under the Freedom Of Information Act.
