Learn about Neighbourhood Response

Our Neighbourhood Response Teams provide our force-wide 24/7 response to urgent and priority incidents. They are led by Superintendent Keith Owen and Chief Inspector Phil Vickers.

These teams are divided into ‘shift groups’ to provide 24 hour cover and are co-located with the Neighbourhood Policing teams and led by Neighbourhood Response Inspectors.
