Burglaries, Bar Lane, Waddington

Incident 35 of 27th November 2012

Police are appealing for information following a number of commercial burglaries which occurred on Bar Lane, Waddington overnight between Monday 26th November and Tuesday 27th November.

The Waddington Fish Bar, the Pizza Box and the Palki Indian take-away were all burgled and had their tills stolen. It is believed that two offenders entered the three premises during the early hours of Tuesday morning. Entry was gained to the Palki via a side window, and to the Pizza Box by forcing a panel on the door. The offenders went from there through to the Fish Bar via an internal door linking the two. The Palki was broken into at 0400hrs and the Fish Bar at 0436hrs, so the offenders were at the scene and in the area for some time.
